Our Story
Founded by brothers Pat and Jon Kohls, Kohls Foam Systems was built from a shared commitment to craftsmanship and customer care. From the beginning, the goal has been simple: deliver high-performing systems that last, using industry-best materials and installation techniques.

Over the years, our team has grown but our values remain unchanged. We are known for our expertise in applying spray foam systems on a wide variety of roof types, including flat, metal, traditional pitched, and even irregularly shaped surfaces. No two buildings are exactly alike, and we approach each project with the knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism required to get it right.

Though based in Minnesota, we provide full-service coverage in five states, including island-based service in Hawaii with equipment stationed on Kauai.
